White Castle?

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Two Indiana judges were shot in a White Castle parking lot downtown early Wednesday morning.
The shooting happened around 3:20 a.m. at the 55 West South Street location.
Witnesses say they heard an argument prior to hearing gunshots. Investigators haven’t found a gun, and they’re trying to figure out if the two men shot each other or if someone else shot them.
Both of the gunshot victims are judges in Clark County, Indiana. They are in town for Spring Judicial College which started Wednesday morning. They were identified as Brad Jacobs and Andrew Adams. Jacobs was critically injured, while Adams was in stable condition.
Detectives do not have information to believe this incident was related to their judicial duties.

But if they had been, as lawyers they’d probably be arguing what has been said about Marbury that is friendly to limitless judicial power rather than what Marbury actually says.

It’s not a sketchy hood. Near Lucas Stadium, convention center, several bar/restaurants and hell, IMPD post is just north of that spot.
Adams has an alcoholic bloat about him.

Back in the 70’s, I had a similar case, early morning shoot out at a White Castle in Queens NY. Point blank 5 times with a 45, in the front seat of the car and the victim lived. Never cared for those burgers, they gave me heart burn.
