The Farah poster certainly is/was a piece of Americana.
I was on a field service trip for a lighting company doing some component change-out in a Gee Bee department store. It was St. Paddy's day in 1977. That poster was EVERYWHERE in that store and of all sizes. That poster took the edge off the incessant St. Patrick's day music being playing in there.
Farah's OK, but I was partial to Jaclyn Smith.

For you Miichiganders, I know what popped into your heads when you read that...
ABC Warehouse - St, Patrick’s day sale music.

What a coincidence, she once called me “EMI_Guy” in a fit of...um...passion. I think she liked you too.
We had a very open relationship, like bagster and Candace.
Dad was buying Penthouse and Playboy back then. When he got done looking thru them he gave them to us. Just said, ‘they don’t go out of the house’. I think I was around 11 or 12 when that started. My two older brothers were 14 and 16.
So we had some more “fulfilling” pics to dream about vs Farah.
Kate Jackson was my favorite...but no poster.
A buddy of mine and I had an ongoing debate in HS about who was hotter. I changed my mind a lot based on whatever episode I'd seen last.
