Here’s the motion filed today to block the Trump Administration’s attempt to divert $1.6 billion in federal funds to build a border wall. The states filed a lawsuit in January to challenge Trump’s emergency declaration, which he is using to get federal money for a wall without congressional approval. The new motion, filed in the Northern District of California, asks for an immediate injunction to stop Trump from using $1.6 billion in funding that Congress intended for state and local law enforcement agencies. The lines of the coming civil war have been clearly drawn.
So yet again, the Democrats are on record as opposing border security and mass illegal invasion.
When will the Republicans use this against them to take back State offices?
What wonderful States to devote their people’s money to helping illegal immigrants to come in and take everything. We are really watching evil take place in our country and I think the president is fighting it so well but even he is not explaining enough to the American people just how bad this is.
Obviously the illegal immigration is being caused in large part by these democrats having sanctuary States and inviting the illegals here. We also see the evil of one party rule because we see they can screw their own citizens with no consequences.
We know the Left will bring up States’ Rights, which they normally oppose, in this case.
Democrats block us at every turn. They use their position in the House to issue subpoenas and initiate lawsuits. States with Democrat governors file suit against the President.
Yet when our people run the House, none of these things happen. States we run didn’t take action against Obama.
This is so sad! Civil war it is. Just because the President we voted for got elected! The democrats are playing with people lives.

Yes, now that is one of the states wasting money on frivolous lawsuits. It be nice if there was a law requiring a good public approval.
In identifying those areas of the country that reject the border wall we now have the areas of the country in which to send the illegals.

be “tougher” on immigrants.
“We’re going in a different direction,” Trump told reporters as he
departed the White House.
“Ron’s a good man,” he said. “We want to go in a tougher direction.”

Donald Trump explains reversal on closing US-Mexico border
Donald Trump
explained his decision to back off his threat to close the US-Mexico
border, as he departs for a trip to California to view sections of
border barrier.
Trump said Mexico had cooperated by apprehending migrants at its own
southern border, but also threatened 25% tariffs on imports of cars
from Mexico.
“I may shut it down at some point, but I’d rather do tariffs,” Trump
said outside the White House.
“Mexico has been absolutely terrific for the last four days. They’re
apprehending everybody,” he said, claiming that Mexico had taken
1,400 people into custody at its southern border on Thursday.
If Mexico continues with the aggressive arrests, he said, “everything
will be fine.” If not, he said the US would impose 25% tariffs.
“If they apprehend people at their southern border...that’s a big
homerun. We can handle it from there,” he said.

Donald Trump will not attend the White House Correspondents Dinner and
will hold a rival rally the night of the event, he said Friday.
“The dinner is so boring, and so negative that we’re going to hold a
very positive rally,” Trump told reporters outside the White House.
Doesn’t that mean that 37 states are NOT suing Trump?
What ever happened to inconvenient democracy to the left?
The Lefts plan to stack the courts is starting to payoff. The clueless GOP stood around and watched this happen for years. Creative Leftist judges can twist anything around to rule in favor of the democrats.

Does article provide a list of the 20 states so that patriots in those states can let their elected representatives know what they think about their state’s interference with their border wall? I must have overlooked list.
