I can see this as a possible reading, but I doubt it would fly in the court of public opinion unless there was a prior demonstration that actual "Force or violence" was part of the conspiracy.

That's where I'm thinking ANTIFA or Hezbollah or MS-13 may come in ... provided we can make a SMOKING GUN NEXUS between "white collar" conspirators and the thugs.

Sorry, but I do not see the parsing by "Or" in the stature, as you apparently do, as curing the need for an actual nexus with violence to invoke the statute. If I were on the Jury, I might well be persuaded by a "Freedom of Speech" defense in the absence of actual violence (or conspiracy to commit violence).

Force of Law is not a modern concept. It is being used often today by the courts 2ho have taken it upon themselves to write law, interpret it and extort compliance.
