Force of Law is not a modern concept. It is being used often today by the courts 2ho have taken it upon themselves to write law, interpret it and extort compliance.

I know about "Force of Law."
In fact, the clearest Law treatise I ever read started with this sentence: The law is a force in our society."
I simply DO NOT THINK a Jury would apply the statute Q referenced if there were no nexus with actual violence or conspiracy to commit violence.
That's where I think ANTIFA, Hezbollah, MS-13 and possibly ISIS come in.
