It’ll depend on the Attorneys they have and who they are connected to they can influence......I don’t think any are concerned about the outcome except the additional $$$$$ for legal fees, bail and costs they’ll accumulate in their defense.

It’s easy to suspect there are many who have gotten away with this in the past and will in the future. Any racket like this soon opens under another name or branch.
