The question is whether there’s a trail indicating such.
FYI
I’m surprised they don’t have the official H sticker, too.
It’ll depend on the Attorneys they have and who they are connected to they can influence......I don’t think any are concerned about the outcome except the additional $$$$$ for legal fees, bail and costs they’ll accumulate in their defense.
It’s easy to suspect there are many who have gotten away with this in the past and will in the future. Any racket like this soon opens under another name or branch.

Here’s Oliva Jade’s (Loughlin’s daughter) YT video, where she expresses her reason for going to the University.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lveMkZc-NRE
lol, I got carried away and imagined her saying the last part.
LOL it’s probably what she would say!
Stinks of some Title IX or X or LGBTQLMNOP Supercalifragilistic ..
Is she that old? I watched it as a kid and I’m almost 60.
Loughlin was 15 when she started on Edge of Night.
In fact I am puzzled as to why this is even a crime.
Buying your kids way into collage has a long if not necessarily proud tradition.
For one, organized cheating on SAT and ACT is a crime. Faking sports recruiting is a title IX crime. Bribing is wire fraud and claiming as a tax right off is tax fraud.
