For one, organized cheating on SAT and ACT is a crime. Faking sports recruiting is a title IX crime. Bribing is wire fraud and claiming as a tax right off is tax fraud.
The rest is stuff that the fedgov has no business sticking their noses into in the first place.

They should have just been elected to congress where taking bribes is part of the job.
Come to think of it, that would have taken care of the tax thing as well.
