I think bitt posted link on forum that I put up the other day. There is speculation on TruePundit and elsewhere that sets her up for AG or SCOTUS. I think it’s more to do with legal defense strategies.
To my recollection, there is no Constitutional requirement for SCOTUS (or AG) to be a lawyer.
She is using it to represent Huma, protecting herself through that.
