I’d add:

invasion of privacy (warrantless spying on US citizens, spying without probable cause, spying for political purposes)

accepting bribes

making bribes

embezzlement from the taxpayer

diverting taxpayer funds to fake businesses (like Solyndra)

diverting taxpayer funds to fake charities

steering taxpayer funds to friends’ and family businesses

insider trading

congressvermin casting votes to enhance their own investment value (stocks, options, .... )

lying (probably mostly not a crime, but I’d like to see all the politicians who knowingly told us whoppers (in order to get elected, cover their butts) locked up)

blackmail

MURDER. can’t believe that’s not on the list! all those Arkancides and murders to cover up other crimes. (also events we’re not allowed to mention on FR)

I think murder is a state crime under most circumstances, right?
That being said, I’d bet going after *that* would spook the DS / CF like nothing else, eh?
