After it claimed no such document existed, the Justice Department just unearthed a letter Matt Whitaker delivered to the Utah U.S. attorney directing a review of how the department handled the Clinton Foundation and the Uranium One issues.
Then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions wrote the letter on Nov. 22, 2017 for Utah U.S. Attorney John Huber. Matt Whitaker, who was Sessions’ chief of staff at the time, emailed the letter to Huber that day, writing, “As we discussed.” He also sent Huber a copy of a letter the Justice Department’s Congressional affairs chief sent to the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee on Nov. 13 of that year.
The existence of a letter documenting Sessions’ directive that the DOJ revisit probes of Trump’s top political foe is a surprise because a department lawyer said in court last year that senior officials insisted it didn’t exist. The liberal nonprofit American Oversight obtained the letter through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request they filed on Nov. 22, 2017––the same day Whitaker emailed Sessions’ letter to Huber.....

Mueller hasn’t interviewed Bruce Ohr, but apparently JOHN HUBER hasn’t either, even though Huber was tapped by Sessions to investigate the FISA abuses. More reason to wonder how effective a US attorney can be cleaning up corruption in Washington when he’s based in Salt Lake City

Huber is the Obama Appointee used to prevent a real Investigation of the attempted Coup.
Huber is now employing the same tactics Rosenstein did, so he can keep from being exposed until he’s hired by David Kendall, Hillary’s boy.

No not at all. The November 2017 Stephen Boyd memo and the early 2018 Jeff Sessions memo tasked Huber to determine resources needed to investigate the Congressional criminal referrals. Huber was tasked to send his recommendations to the(recused)AG, Jeff Sessions, and the Acting AG and Deep State weasel, Rod Rosenstein, "as appropropriate".
That's all he was tasked to do. You can make up the scenario that he's doing more than that, but that scenario is simply based on YOUR feelings.
American Oversight is an anti-Trump, leftist organization. It doesn’t care that Hillary and her Foundation/crime family sold out 20% of our uranium rights to Russia.
They only care about going after Sessions, Whitaker and Trump for trying to protect our country.
Somebody do a little research on American Oversight and let us know what you find. I’m asking some private researchers to do the same.

The DOJ undoubtedly devoted tens of thousands of hours and millions of dollars to the most intensive investigation it has ever conducted. They concluded she didn’t intend to break the law so they wiped her record clean — like with a cloth.

Bags let me know if any of these clowns finally figure out that Ohr doesn’t have to talk to Huber cause his previous testimony under oath to Congress can be used cause under rule 804b. And additionally that would also prevent that effing weasel Schiff from getting any additional info to possibly leak and compromise the investigation.
But I doubt they will they are pretty slow and about 8 months behind the curve based on the articles they are still trying to pass off as “NEWS”

Who has he flipped? Who has he charged? Whose home has he raided?
What Judge did he ask that the defendants be held without bail?
Where are the FARA charges? Whose Family members has he threatened with Criminal charges?
Where were these people taken in Custody and immediately led to a Room for questioning? We knew that about Papadopoulos, He’s already been charged and served a sentence.
