He could have asked Ryan and Turtle for funding commitments on the day after the election. If it wasn’t forthcoming by the day of the inaugaration, her could have declared an emergency during his innaguaral speech for effect and to emphasize it was an emergency. This would have been under a republican house and senate.
Non-existent bill? I am referring to any spending bill that came out of the GOP House in 2017 or 2018. If that bill didn’t contain money for a wall, then veto it.
By the way, I try to be polite when debating with a fellow Freeper, even when I strongly disagree. But I’ve noticed that your replies to me have gotten snarkier and snarkier. To each his own, I suppose. But that’s a game I’d rather not play. So I’ll be disengaging now.
