This was going on at Marvel way before Disney took over. The minor character Northstar, first published in 1979, was always intended by his creator to be a homosexual, and they first thought it “safe” for him to admit his sexuality openly in 1992.

Disney owns Marvel Comics And Disney is all about faggotry. Lots of people watch their stuff ... I'm not sure why. Maybe it has something to do with half the population being below average.
