I just paid for one year of service with PIA. A screen comes up to start the process, and I clicked to download the one for Windows 64 bit . Save or cancel comes up and I clicked save. Then... Nothing more happens. It never takes me to the installer. I'm dazed and confused. Have I done something wrong? Any suggestions? Thanks.

It's working for me. I clicked and it is downloading as you can see in the lower left corner.

I don’t get the save dialog.
Try downloading with a different browser. I’m using Chrome.

Afraid I can't help you...I haven't run Windows at home for years.
If no good suggestions here, I'd call their tech support up.

My guess is that it just downloaded the installer into your Downloads folder. Open it up and run that installer.
