I may have figured it out. I sometimes browse with IE11 and sometimes Firefox. I am using Firefox right now, and I just clicked on a little arrow in the top right area, to check progress of downloads, and it shows that it had completed the download.
So then I clicked on that, and it asked it I wanted to start the installer. I did, and I think it is in the process now. Fingers crossed. Thanks!
