I am trying to remember - way back when Ohr was set up in order to give FBI and DOJ plausible deniability - it seems to me that communication was also going through the Department of State.
Somewhere along the line it was noted that the Dept. Of State was over Hussein.

Good point.... yes I do recall that because of the way the 5 Eyes were bringing in stuff in to the FBI/DOJ, it was through the State Dept - under Obama. Not sure how Kerry might have figured into all this - we DID see him doing a lot of world traveling after he was out of power, though.
I recall that about the State Dept., because of Bongino’s dissection of the Mifsud set up of “PapaD” - the set up data could not go through normal channels, so they used the State Dept in some way - definitely NOT according to normal procedure!
