Q asks When does MIL INTEL have jurisdiction?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Army_Counterintelligence

Military and civilian personnel trained and appointed to conduct counterintelligence investigations and operations are credentialed and titled as Counterintelligence Special Agents (occasionally referred to simply as “CI” or “Army Intelligence Agents”), and carry badge and credentials identifying their status as federal law enforcement officers.

Within the Army, these agents have arrest powers (aka apprehension authority) and jurisdiction in the investigation of national security crimes such as treason, spying, espionage, sedition, subversion, sabotage directed by foreign adversaries, and support to international terrorism, while other criminal matters are investigated by the United States Army Criminal Investigation Command aka Army CID.[

Awwww, I'm just goofin on ya Bobby. No worries. The black hat vs white hat argument amuses me. I don't take it serious and nobody else should either. It REALLY doesn't matter who wins that argument. Its already settled one way or the other. Arguing about it is pointless.

Just harmless banter, really. Right?

One of the biggest issues of both the 1896 and 1900 Presidential elections (won by McKinley, assassinated 1901) was whether the USA should start minting silver coins in addition to gold.

Not exactly. (Mrs. C is a coin colector).

Free silver was a major economic policy issue in late-19th-century America. Its advocates were in favor of an expansionary monetary policy featuring the unlimited coinage of silver into money on demand, as opposed to strict adherence to the more carefully fixed money supply implicit in the gold standard.

But silver coins were always part of the monetary system.

The Morgan dollar was a United States dollar coin minted from 1878 to 1904, and again in 1921. It was the first standard silver dollar minted since production of the previous design, the Seated Liberty dollar, ceased due to the passage of the Coinage Act of 1873, which also ended the free coining of silver. There was only a five year gap in the minting of dollar coins. Other silver coins continued to be minted

It was the free coining of silver that was the issue. Proponents of free silver sought coinage of silver dollars at a fixed weight ratio of 16-to-1 against dollar coins made of gold. Because the actual price ratio of the two metals was substantially higher in favor of gold at the time,(Like now) most economists warned that the less valuable silver coinage would drive the more valuable gold out of circulation.

It's a fascinating subject and the debate went on for decades.

The debate over silver lasted from the passage of the Fourth Coinage Act in 1873, which demonetized silver and was called the "Crime of '73" by opponents, until 1913, when the Federal Reserve Act completely overhauled the U.S. monetary system.

Interesting - Surveillance Capitalism

https://surveillancecapitalism.com/

"Surveillance Capitalism is the manifestation of George Orwell's prophesied Memory Hole combined with the constant surveillance, storage and analysis of our thoughts and actions with such minute precision, and artificial intelligence algorithmic analysis, that our future thoughts and actions can be predicted and manipulated for the concentration of power and wealth of the very few. These 31 citations barely scratch the surface of Surveillance Capitalism and yet provide a terrifying display of the powerful forces arrayed against democracy. Surveillance Capitalism desensitizes us to their destruction of individual autonomy, rights, freedom of thought and action, privacy, sovereignty, thoughtful analysis and memory while demanding and ensuring corporations, and the 1%, have absolute rights, privacy and impunity."

"Surveillance Capitalism relies on the 24 hour news cycle overwhelming our capacity to consider their manipulations before they are quickly buried and forgotten in the Memory Hole."

Persuasive technology - employing mental health 'experts' to help design methods of using the internet to change and manipulate the way humans think and act. Father of this is B.J. Fogg at Stanford

http://captology.stanford.edu/about/about-bj-fogg.html

"Dr. BJ Fogg directs the Persuasive Tech Lab at Stanford University. A psychologist and innovator, he devotes half of his time to industry projects. His work empowers people to think clearly about the psychology of persuasion — and then to convert those insights into real-world outcomes."

"BJ has created a new model of human behavior change, which guides research and design. Drawing on these principles, his students created Facebook Apps that motivated over 16 million user installations in 10 weeks."

Fogg developed an entire field of study based on research proving that by using some simple techniques tech can manipulate human behavior. This is the basics of what tech companies such as Fakebook are using to sell advertising.

Fakebook showed advertisers how it has the capacity to identify when teenagers feel insecure, worthless, or need a confidence boost. Instead of merely offering advertisers the ability to target people based on demographics and consumer preferences, Facebook offers the ability to target them based on how they will behave, what they will buy, and what they will think.

What else will this application do? Perhaps refer users for mental health evaluations, red flag notifications?

https://www.scribd.com/article/399046918/In-The-Grasp-Of-Big-Tech

"Mark Zuckerberg ushered in the new year pledging to address the many woes that now plague his company by “making sure people have control of their information,” and “ensuring our services improve people’s well-being.”

As much as we may want to believe him, Zuckerberg’s sudden turn toward accountability is impossible to take seriously. The problems Zuckerberg cited, including “election interference” and “hate speech and misinformation,” are by-products of the features of social networks, not bugs."

IMO Q is also using this to fight the derpstate.

Q 2937 asks: "Define Game Theory".

From Wikipedia:

Game theory is the study of mathematical models of strategic interaction between rational decision-makers.[1] It has applications in all fields of social science, as well as in logic and computer science. Originally, it addressed zero-sum games, in which one person's gains result in losses for the other participants. Today, game theory applies to a wide range of behavioral relations, and is now an umbrella term for the science of logical decision making in humans, animals, and computers.

Modern game theory began with the idea regarding the existence of mixed-strategy equilibria in two-person zero-sum games and its proof by John von Neumann. Von Neumann's original proof used the Brouwer fixed-point theorem on continuous mappings into compact convex sets, which became a standard method in game theory and mathematical economics. His paper was followed by the 1944 book Theory of Games and Economic Behavior, co-written with Oskar Morgenstern, which considered cooperative games of several players. The second edition of this book provided an axiomatic theory of expected utility, which allowed mathematical statisticians and economists to treat decision-making under uncertainty.

Game theory was developed extensively in the 1950s by many scholars. It was later explicitly applied to biology in the 1970s, although similar developments go back at least as far as the 1930s. Game theory has been widely recognized as an important tool in many fields. As of 2014, with the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences going to game theorist Jean Tirole, eleven game theorists have won the economics Nobel Prize. John Maynard Smith was awarded the Crafoord Prize for his application of game theory to biology.

trump card

n.

1. Games, A card in the trump suit, held in reserve

for winning a trick.

2. A key resource to be used at an opportune moment; a

trump. --Free Dictionary

A trump is a playing card which is elevated above its usual rank in trick-taking games. Typically, an entire suit is nominated as a trump suit; these cards then outrank all cards of plain (non-trump) suits. In other contexts, the term trump card can refer to any sort of action, authority, or policy which automatically prevails over all others.

The English word trump derives from trionfi, a type of 15th-century Italian playing cards, from the Latin triumphus "triumph, victory procession", ultimately (via Etruscan) from Greek, the term for a hymn to Dionysus sung in processions in his honour.

Trionfi was the 15th-century card game for which tarot cards were designed. Trionfi were a fifth suit in the card game which acted as permanent trumps. Still in the 15th century, the French game triomphe (Spanish triunfo) used four suits one of which was randomly selected as trumps. It was this game that became extremely popular in Western Europe in the 16th century and is ancestral to many modern card games.

The English word is first documented in 1529 as the name of a card game which would develop into Ruff and Honours and ultimately Whist.[1] In German, the term is attested as Triumph in 1541; the modern German spelling Trumpf is recorded from 1590.[2] In French, triomphe remained the name of the game, while the trump suit was called atout, from à tout (as it were "all-in").[3] Some European languages (Hungarian, Greek) adopted the French term. Russian; kozyr' is of unknown etymology, possibly a loan from a Turkic source.[4] Polish variously uses atut, trumf and kozer adopted from the French, German and Russian respectively. --Wikipedia

"The designs of playing cards depict the four seasons— spring, summer, fall, and winter. They are symbolic of the four directions— north, south, east and west. The designs represent the four elements— wind, fire, water, and earth. All together or collectively, they exemplify the opposing forces for the struggle for victory or triumph (Trump) in life.">

“””People smarter than me, with bulletproof free speech skin (or the full armor of God) and following effective security practices to maintain their anonymity, and/or people with certain forms of autism may be the only kinds of people that can be truly comfortable there. (And anarchists... Let’s not forget the anarchists.)”””

What fame, ego stroking, or money is to be gained by being truly anonymous? What is their motivation?

To strip away ego, race, religion, and political identity from a free exchange of ideas so that the fittest of ideas can be evaluated without the influence of personalities?

People might have to learn how to think for themselves instead of following someone who looks good, smells good, and with smooth or funny words that tickles their ears.

Some say the President of the United States, or at the very least, some members of the Q Team, at times post anonymously among the Anonymous at “that place”, and only there. Or do they?

It was and is their choice.

If FR posters were suddenly required to remain truly anonymous, how many would receive satisfaction enough from doing so, and would they continue posting at the new return rate?

In 2017 it was estimated on average that approximately 100 babies an hour were being butchered in the US.

The time to make this post probably cost 5 babies or so, maybe 15, I’ve lost track of time. This post isn’t worth it. Or is it?

But some are offended over a word or the sight of a naked cheek, while their self serving chit chat chatter clutters the thread far more than any troll, and takes precedence, and that is deemed OK.

Speak at the least common denominator least you offend someone.

Accepting shackles around their ankles they then turn to place shackles on others, while giving lip service about freedom while on a “Premier” Conservative website. Isn’t that what [They] are doing?

Imagine that.

Food for thought.

Ask yourself a very simple, logical, question.
What is a FISA warrant/application?
Is it a highly confidential [safeguarded] product of the UNITED STATES GOV?
If a product of the US GOV _ how did UK/AUS know what was listed inside of the package?
Think call to POTUS to prevent DECLAS [sources & methods].
If the US GOV requests UK/AUS [+2] to spy [+ campaign insertion] on an AMERICAN PRESIDENTIAL PRE_NOMINEE + POTUS ELECT, is there a CHAIN OF COMMAND to APPROVE such AUTH?
Paper trail of the CHAIN OF COMMAND & umbrella spy metadata?
If not tasked & targeted under FVEY - what legal authority existed to engage the targeting?
Think Nunes’ statement “not through normal collection, gathering, and reporting/oversight re: (FVEY).”
Did the dossier provide the ‘bulk data’ anchor for the spy campaign?
What entity paid for the ‘research’ dossier?
Opposition candidate?
What US Ally completed the collection of false data?
Why was it important to use sources within the UK vs. US?
How do you circumvent US LAW?
What other ‘anchors’ were provided to FISC in order to gain the warrant? [DECLAS will show].
Was the ‘other’ data (collection/process) worse than the dossier?
Why didn’t FISC require ‘in room’ presentations of the data prior to ‘sign off’?
Who signed apps 1-4?
Who traveled to UK/AUS post election of POTUS?
Why were SECURITY PRIV removed from select ‘formerly active’ individuals?
Treason-Sedition-Corruption at the highest levels of GOV (WW).
How do you repair a bridge without closing it down?
Q
