just talked to my dad. He is safe. He told me that 15 mins into his interview, Maduro stopped him & then forced him & his team into a dark room for 2.5 hours. He was then released without any of his belongings.

JMHO, Maduro should have been trying this play last year, or at least sometime before the folks in Caracas were eating the zoo animals and having their pictures show up doing the deed.
Our own media's been avoiding all mention of the mess in Venezuela for so long now that they'd prefer the entire country just quietly slipped moorings and sank into the Pacific, the democrats have already got a full docket of their own screaming nutbags to get restrained and/or gagged and now Maduro wants to have both the media and the 'rats take him under their wings and make things all better.
