One possibility I’m considering :
What if the meeting is a cover for something else? If POTUS wants cover for another Asian trip then this would give him a perfect cover. He can return to Asia (or wherever he and Kim plan the next meeting) and no one would think it odd. Meanwhile, POTUS and his team could be doing whatever it is they needed to do at the site of the next meeting.

The president had no surprises at this meeting is all I know.
Perhaps they discussed something bigger than denuclearization of North Korea, such as reunification with South Korea?

I am not worried about NoKo either. China and Derps are the worry for now. Pakistan has India and Iran upset. China and Derps in cahoots with Pakis Derps. USA supports India. Might be Derpies trying to get their war.
China has to import oil. When pipeline is finished, Russia will provide it. China is preparing for war with USA to achieve control of Asian/Pacific region. That’s the long range. Trade War is hurting them-our chance to get way ahead of them, and maintain our power.
So many things to juggle-glad the stable genius is in charge.
