Jeffrey Toobin is CNN's chief legal analyst, but he seems to be clueless about the fact that the 25th Amendment can only be invoked when a president is either physically or mentally incapacitated. It was never intended to be used in case high level officials decided that they just didn't like a president.
Yet somehow Toobin allowed his obvious dislike for President Donald Trump to, well, trump any basic legal sense on his part on Monday's The Situation Room to declare that it was "patriotic" for FBI and DOJ officials to discuss Trump's removal from office via the 25th Amendment even though to do so would have been plainly unconstitutional.

The 25th Amendment addresses PHYSICALLY DISABLED and says nothing about being “MENTALLY DISABLED” because a bunch of treasonous communists don’t agree with his policies.
According to a Wikipedai bio, Toobin fathered a child and had to be ordered by the court to support the child.
So, easy to understand why he is like a snorting, bucking wild ass in the desert in allegiance to the Constitution.

Were the President mentally unfit, as in he had a stroke, dementia/Alzheimers to a degree that he was unable to function the 25th may be appropriate?
This episode demands that the SES - Senior Executive Service needs to be eliminated. Every damned one of them is SES, McCabe, Rybicki, Rosenstein, Baker, Ohr, Yates, etc. EVERY DAMNED ONE OF THEM IS THE SES, and this law needs to go.
Discussing the 25th by the FBI is like them discussing nuclear strikes....this is not their preview. This is what it looks like, a coup.
