My hounds yearn to be free, but we have coyotes and cars and who knows what to chase. I do not want my critters hurt.
We have some rabid lib neighbors, with zero knowledge of a leash. The ‘male’ with a PhD has been unemployed for about ten years, walks in the am.
We go in the evening to avoid them.
They need some serious reeducation.

I read about that when they were first announcing it. I can’t believe that wasn’t part of the Green New Deal.
In reality the Chinese got the idea from us - that’s what Fakebook, Twitter, Google... have been doing to us for years.
