Chicago (CNN)Two law enforcement sources with knowledge of the investigation told CNN that Chicago Police believe Jussie Smollett paid two men to orchestrate the assault.

I think it was the general consensus on FR that “Here we go again” with the betting pool to predict when it would be officially a hoax.

Smellit should be arrested, and charged with a hate-crime with an enhanced penalty. The reason we keep getting these “hate-crime” hoaxes is that no one is ever made to pay a high price. Make it painful to perpetrate a hoax, and most of them will stop. Make them pay for the entire investigation at the very least.
It's obvious now that this Smollett fool has been lying the entire time.
All the guests are pretty much pissed off at the HOAX, and suggest that Smollett deserves jail time.
It's about time that someone tells the truth about this matter.
The fact that he began by blaming it on MAGA makes me sick. The two brothers are co-operating with police, and the sh*t is hitting the fan.

We all know that the Chicago police suspected this clown right from the start for many reasons.
They’re just being very careful since they have to deal with progressives - who by definition are 1) not smart at all, but 2) really think they are, and so 3) they act like rectums which excrete 4) Obamastuff.

Hollywood types are mostly too stupid to pull off a good hoax. Someone likely suggested he do it. Actors spend their time speaking other people’s thoughts and speak what they have seen in scripts. Their careers are built on convincingly espousing other people’s ideas. All they can do for themselves is get into sex trouble and I am not sure even that is not mostly scripted by someone else. I wonder how many run-throughs he did with the two Nigerians and their director before they were ready to go on stage.
