I have no clue where that is coming from. I read the article again and I was unable to see where it made reference to the quantity of either drug found on the premise. Only that they were found along with weapons. The weapons actually were inconsequential as far as I was concerned.
You kind of treat breaking the law like Democrats do when foreigners enter this country illegally, as if it is no big deal. I'm the first to admit that I regularly broke the law when I engaged in the consumption of illegal substances. I was wrong, and I finally realized I was wrong and a hypocrite as well. That's why I gave up doing drugs after doing them for decades.
The fact that many people break laws is not justification for doing so. The only laws I break are laws I'm not aware I am breaking, and I know that my ignorance is no excuse either. But at least I am not knowingly breaking the law. Not that it will lessen my penalty. 8>)
As at least one officer lied about a buy at the house, and a pistol at the house.
It seems plausible the drugs (two smallish baggies) could have been planted when the raid went bad.
You kind of treat murdering folks who break the law however small as an excuse to kill them
