A court filing from Roger Stone’s attorneys documents how CNN was in possession of a sealed indictment long before the court ordered it to be released.
For weeks, we have been hearing CNN claim again and again that their presence at Stone’s home ahead of the FBI’s pre-dawn raid was a combination of “luck” and good reporting. They have since built on that fairy-tale, describing their propagandist filming of Stone’s arrest the result of watching “unusual grand jury activity” in the days leading up to January 25th.
However, we at The Gateway Pundit reported exclusively how the metadata on a draft copy of the indictment obtained by a CNN reporter and sent to Roger’s attorney after his arrest showed a save date of two days prior to the January 25th unsealing of the court documents following the Stone’s arrest. This proved that CNN illegally obtained a copy of the grand jury indictment, and now Mr. Stone’s attorneys are demanding the Mueller’s office explain themselves.
According to the filing, Stone is laying out exactly how CNN came into possession of the illegally leaked document, which lead to their “stake out” in front of Stone’s South Florida home an hour before the FBI arrived on scene. Last week, home surveillance video of the raid was released by Infowars, and showed FBI agents coordinating with CNN to position their film crew to televise Mr. Stone’s arrest.

Are you sue the one you circled is the right one? I thought she had more than one child, one of which was a son, another a daughter. And, her husband is dead.
I couldn’t see the categories at the top of the database record so it’s hard to tell if the people on the extreme right are survivors or not, but it’s not listing her husband as deceased.
Your post does validate looking into however.
The timeline is clear. It’s identical to what was submitted to the court. CNN told Stone’s lawyer it came from the Special Counsel’s office. They called Stone’s lawyer before Stone did the morning of the arrest to tell him. They sent it to Stone’s lawyer hours before the court was told the arrest was made and hours before it was unsealed.
The bit about Infowars releasing surveillance video showing CNN+FBI coordination at the scene is new.
CNN went to great lengths to lie to the American people about their “great investigators” who “noticed activity at the Grand Jury” and “deduced that Stone” was to be indicted.
Bout time some of these criminals go to jail for lying to a court of law.
The cameraman sets up his tripod an hour before the FBI arrives. That was not luck.
Other reports say that CNN released a version of the indictment that doesn’t contain the court stamp, and that the file was saved on their end several hours before the documents were officially stamped.
Muellers entire team should have lost their National Security Clearances by now ... no more top secret for them!
Of course not luck! Their official story created some plausible deniability of collusion but more and more evidence shows that there was collusion.

Stone's home security video allegedly shows CNN camera crew arriving well before the FBI and setting up across the street from Stone's house and continues on to show the raid.
