It's Time for the Chicago PD to Charge Jussie Smollett for Fabricating a Hate Crime
The evidence demonstrates the attack, as alleged, never happened
t’s time for the Chicago Police Department to stop wasting taxpayer resources investigating what is obviously a fabricated hate crime and charge Jussie Smollett with making a false statement to police.
To quickly recap: Smollett, an openly gay actor and musician who stars in the Fox show, “Empire,” recently claimed he was the victim of a horrific hate crime perpetuated by Trump-supporting thugs. Besides acting, Smollett is well known for being an outspoken critic of President Trump.
According to the account relayed to the celebrity gossip site, TMZ, Smollett was attacked upon leaving a Chicago Subway sandwich shop around 2 AM. The masked attackers, he says, recognized him, hurled racial and homophobic epithets at him (”Empire f*gg*t n*gger!”), beat him up, tied a noose around his neck, poured bleach on him, and said triumphantly, “This is MAGA Country!”
The original report said his rib was broken in the attack and he was recovering in a hospital. Smollett also told police that in the days before the attack, he received a death threat in the mail. That letter was signed “MAGA,” the same thing he says his attackers yelled. The letter itself used letters from magazines to conceal the sender’s handwriting:

They wont..they would be terrified to do so..the race hustlers would be there faster than you can say “racist.” The Chicago PD, they know this schmuck made the whole thing up, for publicity, but they will just call it a cold case and move on

Later without any publicity or fanfare (the media will obligingly avert their gaze) he will emerge cleansed and "unwilling to reopen old wounds." Life will them go on.
When is the last time that a race baiter using a noose as a prop in their hoax ever got way with the hoax? Never is the correct answer. Every one of these young black race baiters was proven to have created a noose hoax.

They shouldn’t even try unless they have smoking gun evidence. It’s often difficult if not impossible to prove something “didn’t” happen. Especially proving it beyond a reasonable doubt. If they charge him he will become a leftist martyr and if he is found not guilty (very probable) the progressive fascists will claim that shows he was totally vindicated. Better for the police to ultimately announce thdy cannot find any independent evidence to support his claim despite a massive investigation. People will come to the right conclusion and he will be remembered as the Tawana Brawley of this generation.

I agree...but maybe, just maybe, they do...I suspect Smollett sent that hate mail himself...there may be evidence he wrote those letters...
Maybe. I’m thinking the only evidence that would really convict him is a confession or admission.

The word is PERPETRATED. Perpetuated means it never ends. Look them up!
