Ok here is a little shallow dig - just a mere reminder of who the people Q mentioned are. We will look at Kevin Clinesmith and Sally Moyer, as well as Tashina Gauhar and Jason V. Herring. My assessment of these is that while they are not big headline grabbing kinds of people, they are are the essence of the Deep State Swamp in which they swim. They have seemingly minor roles to play... and yet very crucial, it would seem.
I will present Clinesmith and Moyer together, because I found an article putting them together, however, not much in that article addresses Moyer’s infractions. I will dip into another article for some of that heartwarming information. That will be Part One. Part Two will be about Tashina Gauhar and then Part Three will give us a reminder of who Jason Herring was in proximity to, but not much about his actions.

KEVIN CLINESMITH AND SALLY MOYER OUTED AS FBI ANTI-TRUMP AGENTS IN CLINTON INVESTIGATION, MUELLER PROBE
Two of the unidentified FBI investigators cited in the recently released inspector general’s report for their anti-Donald Trump bias and pro-Hillary Clinton feelings were outed Tuesday as “FBI Attorney 2” and “Agent 5” — are Kevin Clinesmith and Sally Moyer, respectively.
HOUSE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE MEMBER REP. MARK MEADOWS (R-NC) REVEALED THEIR IDENTITIES OVER THE OBJECTION OF THE FBI DURING A HEARING ON THE IG’S FINDINGS.
“IS THE OTHER ONE KEVIN CLINESMITH?” MEADOWS ASKED IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET HOROWITZ TO IDENTIFY FBI ATTORNEY 2. HOROWITZ DID NOT RESPOND.
MEADOWS ALSO ASKED HOROWITZ WHETHER AN FBI LAWYER NAMED SALLY MOYER WAS ALSO REFERENCED IN THE IG REPORT.
“They don’t work in counterintelligence. If that’s the reason the FBI is giving, they’re giving you false information because they work for the general counsel,” Meadows said.
Clinesmith sent a number of pro-Clinton, anti-Trump political messages over the FBI’s computer system, which the report said “raised concerns about potential bias” that may have impacted the investigation. Likewise, the report cited Moyer rooting for Clinton and bashing Trump during the 2016 campaign.
The IG report said Lisa Page texted Peter Strzok in August 2016, after Trump won the GOP presidential nomination, fretting, “[Trump’s] not ever going to become president, right? Right?!”
“No. No he won’t. We’ll stop it,” Strzok replied.
Horowitz testified that the FBI was withholding the names of the other rogue agents from Congress and the public because “they work on counterintelligence” and can’t be exposed. Hence, the Meadows line of questioning.
Moyer, in an Oct. 28, 2016, instant message, said she was “sick” of Trump and later called his supporters “retarded.” On Election Day, she said Clinton had “better win … otherwise i’m gonna be walking around with both my guns … and like quitting on the spot,” adding, “screw you trump.”
After Trump upset Clinton at the polls, the same investigator complained in another message, “f–k trump,” and told a colleague she would consider any presidential award for public service from Trump an “insult.” “I’d refuse it,” she wrote
Clinesmith lamented Clinton’s loss the day after the election, messaging to several FBI employees, “I am numb.” He added, “I am so stressed about what I could have done differently.”
CLINESMITH ALSO EXPRESSED REGRET OVER THE REOPENING OF THE CLINTON EMAIL CASE ON OCT. 28, 2016, ARGUING THAT IT “BROKE THE MOMENTUM” OF CLINTON’S CAMPAIGN. HE WARNED AT THE TIME THAT THE BELATED MOVE, WHICH WAS PRESSURED BY LEAKS OVER THE DISCOVERY OF ADDITIONAL CLASSIFIED EMAILS ON THE LAPTOP OF CLINTON’S AIDE IN NEW YORK, COULD INITIATE “THE DESTRUCTION OF THE REPUBLIC.”
Clinesmith messaged another FBI employee that he was “just devastated” over Trump’s unexpected victory, he launched into a rant: “I just can’t imagine the systematic disassembly of the progress we made over the last 8 years. ACA is gone. Who knows if the rhetoric about deporting people, walls, and crap is true. I honestly feel like there is going to be a lot more gun issues, too, the crazies won finally. This is the tea party on steroids. And the GOP is going to be lost, they have to deal with an incumbent in 4 years. We have to fight this again. Also Pence is stupid.”
Weeks later, the Russiagate investigator added, “Viva le resistance,” signaling he planned to fight back against Trump.
The report revealed that in late February of this year, special counsel Robert Mueller removed Clinesmith from his investigation after Horowitz provided Mueller some of the incendiary instant messages Clinesmith wrote about Trump.

…Contrary to an initial FBI statement explaining reasons for anonymity, Moyer does not work in “counterintelligence.” Meadows previously informed Horowitz:
“They don’t work in counterintelligence. If that’s the reason the FBI is giving, they’re giving you false information, because they work for the general counsel.”
Much like Strzok and Page (learn more about Peter Strzok and who’s in the FBI here), THE STILL-UNIDENTIFIED “AGENT 1” AND “AGENT 5 (MOYER),” WERE INVOLVED ROMANTICALLY. THEY HAVE SINCE MARRIED.
SALLY WAS ON THE “FILTER TEAM” FOR THE CLINTON INVESTIGATION, WHICH DETERMINED WHETHER INFORMATION GATHERED BY THE FBI WAS “PRIVILEGED” OR COULD BE UTILIZED IN THE PROBE.
…She didn’t seem too awfully objective — Moyer exclaimed “F*** Trump” in a text and said she’d view any public service award from the President as an “insult….”

“…The IG report discovered no specific investigative tampering in the Hillary examination. But still:
“[Agents’ messages] cast a cloud over the FBI [Clinton] investigation and sowed doubt [concerning] the FBI’s work on, and its handling of, the [Clinton] investigation.
… Moreover, the damage caused by their actions extends far beyond the scope of the Midyear investigation and goes to the heart of the FBI’s reputation for neutral fact-finding and political independence….”

IG Report: FBI Lawyer #1 Tashina Gauhar and The Huma/Weiner Laptop Issues

One of the information issues with the IG report is that it’s written entirely from an insider’s perspective. Therefore without an understanding of how divisions within Main Justice related to the discussed activity within FBI main DC offices it can be very confusing to understand.
The ‘insider narration’ makes it difficult to see what happened with the Huma Abedin and Anthony Weiner laptop; and how the Clinton emails were discovered. However, because the issue is so important the IG report spends three chapters on this time-frame between September 28th and October 29th, 2016; and ultimately the next day, Oct. 30th, when a search warrant was executed for the laptop content.
IG Horowitz takes this aspect of the investigation into granularity and nuance (Chapters 8, 9 and 10).
AT THE HEART OF THE ACTIVITY DURING THIS CRITICAL PERIOD IS FBI LAWYER #1 TASHINA “TASH” GAUHAR WHO WAS ON A VIDEO CONFERENCE CALL WITH THE FBI NEW YORK FIELD OFFICE (NYFO) AS THE DISCOVERIES OF HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF CLINTON EMAILS WERE RELAYED INTERNALLY TO THE MID-YEAR-EVENT (MYE) TEAM IN DC ON SEPTEMBER 29TH, 2016.
Almost a full month went by until October 27th, 2016, when the MYE team all gathered with James Comey to talk about the laptop issues and the emails. Within the IG review of this period, there is a bunch of ass-covering documentation that takes place in hindsight to the events. The IG is careful to point out each time his investigation is presented with documentary evidence that was clearly written long-after the events being questioned.
THE CENTRAL IG QUESTION IS: WHY DIDN’T THE FBI TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO REVIEW 725,000 CLINTON-CENTRIC EMAILS ON THE HUMA/WEINER LAPTOP? WHY DID THEY WAIT A MONTH BEFORE SEEKING A SEARCH WARRANT? WHY WERE THEY DOING NOTHING?…

The final three paragraphs:
...However, what is missing from the report is an explanation for: ‘why the FBI didn’t initiate the review’?
The IG gives a reason for the excuses not to be believed; gives a reason for the FBI finally taking action; but it never gives the reason why the Clinton email review was not undertaken….. the report leaves the actual biggest point as a dangling question.
EVERY INTELLECTUALLY HONEST PERSON READING KNOWS THE MYE TEAM DIDN’T INVESTIGATE THE LAPTOP BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T WANT TO RE-OPEN THE INVESTIGATION; AND THE FBI TEAM (VIA MCCABE, PAGE, STRZOK AND TASHINA GAUHAR) FIGURED IT COULD SIMPLY BE AVOIDED. However, the IG cannot prove that, because the participants deny it. So the IG can only disprove the FBI assertions and excuses…. and he did. But that leaves the FBI getting away with the corrupt part of it…. and leaves all of us frustrated, again.

DOCUMENTS: FBI RUSHED TO ACCOMMODATE CLINTON DAYS BEFORE ELECTION

The FBI, prodded by Hillary Clinton’s lawyer, moved swiftly in the days preceding the 2016 presidential election to stress that the agency concluded that material found on Anthony Weiner’s laptop would not change the conclusion that Clinton should not be charged for mishandling classified information, newly released documents reveal.
Documents obtained by Judicial Watch in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit, show that former FBI General Counsel James Baker discussed the investigation of Clinton-related emails on Weiner’s laptop with Clinton’s lawyer, David Kendall. Baker then forwarded the conversation to his FBI colleagues.
The FOIA lawsuit also forced the release of an email dated Nov. 6, 2016 – two days before the election – by then-FBI official Peter Strzok telling Baker and other FBI colleagues: “[Redacted], Jon and I completed our review of all of the potential HRC work emails on the [Anthony Weiner] laptop. We found no previously unknown, potentially classified emails on the media.”
Judicial Watch previously reported, there were at least 18 classified emails found on Weiner’s laptop by the FBI. Paul Sperry’s RealClear Investigations reported that only 3,077 of the 340,000 emails on the laptop “were directly reviewed for classified or incriminating information.”
Also on Nov. 6, 2016, Comey sent a second letter reporting that the FBI’s review of the Weiner laptop material would not change his “conclusion” that Clinton should not be prosecuted.
On Oct. 28, 2016, the day that Comey sent a letter to Congress regarding the FBI’s discovery that the Weiner laptop contained Clinton’s emails, Kendall, within hours, emailed Baker requesting a call “ASAP” about the Comey letter.
Baker describes his follow-up call to senior FBI officials:
“I received the email below from David Kendall and I called him back. Before doing so I alerted DOJ via email that I would do that.
[Redacted paragraph] He said that our letter was “tantalizingly ambiguous” and made statements that were “inchoate and highly ominous” such that what we had done was worse than transparency because it allows people to make whatever they want out to make out of the letter to the prejudice of Secretary Clinton.
I told him that I could not respond to his requests at this time but that I would discuss it with others and get back to him.
I suggest that we have some kind of follow up meeting or phone call with this group either this evening or over the weekend to address this and probably other issues/questions that come up in the next 24 hours. Sound reasonable?”
Baker’s heads up on the Kendall call was sent to: Comey; then-Associate Deputy Director David Bowdich, who later replaced Andrew McCabe as deputy director; Michael Steinbach, the FBI’s former executive assistant director for national security; then-Assistant Director of Counterintelligence E.W. Priestap, now retired; James Rybicki, former chief of staff to Comey; FBI intelligence analyst Jonathan Moffa; *** FORMER ACTING ASSISTANT DIRECTOR JASON V. HERRING; ***Michael Kortan, FBI assistant director for public affairs, now retired; former principal deputy general counsel Trisha Anderson; Strzok and Page.
The emails show that a conference call for the above senior officials was set up for the next day by Strzok….
“…JASON HERRING WILL BE PROVIDING YOU WITH THREE 302S OF CURRENT AND FORMER FBI EMPLOYEES WHO WERE INTERVIEWED DURING THE COURSE OF THE CLINTON INVESTIGATION. THESE 302S ARE SCHEDULED TO BE RELEASED TO CONGRESS IN AN UNREDACTED FORM AT THE END OF THE WEEK, AND PRODUCED (WITH REDACTIONS) PURSUANT TO FOIA AT THE BEGINNING OF NEXT WEEK. As you will see, they describe a discussion about potential quid pro quo arrangement between then-DAD in IOD [deputy assistant director in International Operations Division] and an Undersecretary at the State Department whereby IOD would get more LEGAT [legal attaché] positions if the FBI could change the basis of the FOIA withhold re a Clinton email from classified to something else.”

My takeaway with these people is I’m also getting a whiff of things on the horizon regarding the infamous LAPTOP. Are you? Also we are seeing the possible surfacing of the 302’s from the Clinton interviews. I personally consider these things to be approaching the level of “BOOMAGE” when they are finally launched. But that’s just me.
