Both are possible.
I see her backstage at her "victory party" slowly knowing she lost, drinking heavily, and finally combusting into a fit of rage.
Then she tells Podesta, "F this. I ain't conceding. You talk to them. I got somewhere to be".
Then she wobbles off to the flying monkey meeting to plot her wevenge.
Remember, she's a psycho.

Only issue I have with this is I don’t think she could physically attend the meeting.
As I understand the meeting was in a SCIF or similar location in DC. Whereas she was physically in NY that night...wasn’t she?
I could see her calling it together and calling into it - course the call would have been collected by NSA - and while on the call Podesta was out there stalling.
