I predict Northam and the AG will survive the scandal. Fairfax falls on the sword.

Wow. So the black guy gets dumped but the white guys stay. The social justice warriors are gonna love that. {:0)

Having studied some other relgion’s moral codes, I’d say that Christianity and Judaism are basically the same and Buddhism and Hinduism in agreement, Hinduism has a bit more detail but nothing opposed. the sati /suttee thing is something out of great antiquity which was actually forbidden a long time ago, and was never meant to be forced. Stupid idiots actually disobeyed their scriptures in that regard.

A detail.

But the 4 religions mentioned about have basically the same more codes or at least in strong agreement. Koran is another whole issue.... Jainism is also, afaik, similar, and for sure Sikhism.

Since this country was founded on Judeo-Christian moral precepts, that should be the standard and no sane or good person, of any religion, could disagree. If they disagree, it means they want legislated immorality.

As far as the elites, they’re just plain evil, and they must be defeated. Whatever they think, it’s evil, whatever they believe, is evil. “Do what thou wilt is the whole of the law” - Alastair Crowley - is their belief.

I’m thinking what looks like a black head covering may be the woman’s hair

Good catch. I think you're right. Makes sense that it might be Jane Ginsburg.

Dem Rep. Al Green says Va. blackface scandals ‘a symptom’ of Trump’s bigotry, vows impeachment
*****************
The major problem with the Governor is his stance on post delivery abortions. Dems agree with this stance, so it has been shove out of the conversation with the black face accusations and promoted full tilt by the MSM.

Look at this other bright shiny object that we are pointing at.

The Lt Governor can be pushed out because although he is guilty of what even Clinton has done, the new “Me Too” campaign calls for expulsion.

The Black man is being sacrificed, and the Governor, who is guilty of much more than racism (advocation of after birth infanticide), will be spared.

A new Lt Governor will be appointed, and then if the racism charge won’t go away, the newly appointed Dem Lt Governor will move into the Governor’s office.

The Dems never have to face their support of infanticide, and twist everything to keep their power.

***conservative talk show host got hit by a train***

Glenn Beck said Thompson was walking - or jogging - while listening to audio with ear buds... didn't hear the train. I am a bit strained to believe that, but who knows?

Schiff Hires Ex-National Security Council Staff for Panel

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff has hired former National Security Council staffers to work for him as he launches a sweeping new investigation into President Donald Trump’s finances and foreign connections.

Feb. 7, 2019 - By MARY CLARE JALONICK, Associated Press

SNIP

“Grace worked for a bipartisan think tank, Center for a New American Security, after working for both former President Barack Obama and Trump on the National Security Council from 2016 to 2018. She focused on Asia-Pacific security issues, according to a spokesman for the group.”

McMaster: The Ultimate Holdover

by Jed Babbin

August 7, 2017, 12:05 AM <-——NOTE DATE

SNIP

President Trump’s first national security advisor, retired Army Lt. Gen. Mike Flynn, didn’t last long enough to reform the NSC staff and rid it of the Obama loyalists. The holdovers from Rice’s staff, one source tells me, number in the dozens. Trump’s second advisor, Lt. Gen. H.R. McMaster, has been there for months but hasn’t removed most of the Obama hirelings. Several dozen remain, many in positions of significant responsibility.

SNIP

There are four people in positions of responsibility in the NSC who have been identified by a source as people who had been “direct reports” to ***Rhodes*** — i.e., who worked under his direct supervision — who McMaster has protected and retained. They are: ***Abigail Grace (Special Assistant)***, Fernando Cutz (NSC Director for South America), Andrea Hall (NSC Senior Director for WMD, Terrorism & Threat Reduction), and Merry Lin (Director for Global and Asia Economics).

Former Obama admin official linked to anti-Trump dossier to testify before Congress

By Dan Boylan - The Washington Times - Friday, June 15, 2018

Former State Department official Victoria Nuland, who reportedly connected FBI officials to the former British spy who wrote the infamous anti-Trump dossier, will testify before the Senate Intelligence Committee next week.

Ms. Nuland, a longtime State Department official who served in the George W. Bush administration as the U.S. Ambassador to NATO, served during the Obama administration as assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian Affairs.

C.S. Lewis wrote a great book based on a series of lectures he gave. The book was called “The Abolition of Man”.

Its a discussion of universal values, their removal from forms of modern education, and there re-education of western man to fit into modern totalitarian systems of government.

(...By the removal of the emotional training needed support reason in the fight against the appetites; If reason is staring across the wasteland at desire, desire will win every time with out the support of the emotions.)

I have ruthlessly condensed the book. It was a good book, about 70 pages long.

(Time for bed! Good night!)

I should read that book. I like everything I’ve ready by C.S.Lewis. I re-read Screwtape about every 10 years.
