Multiple meanings exist. Nevertheless, when you see it in a Q post, my take away is you oughtta pay it great heed.
Q referred to NC in #2689, #2690.
An example:

The state Senate overrode Gov. Cooper’s veto on December 18, 2018, in a vote of 33-12. Republicans, along with one Democrat, voted to override the veto, while the remaining Democrats voted against the override. The state House overrode the veto on December 19, 2018, in a vote of 72-40. Like in the state Senate, Republicans, along with one Democrat, voted to override the veto, while the remaining Democrats voted against the override.[2]

No help here, but does seem to confirm that he was out of the office. But the schedule is stating it is for the gathering of press pool. Maybe not a confirmation after all since the press would indeed be gathering for the trip to El Paso. But if he took off on a little private jaunt, that would not interfere with their gathering.
Could other possiblities be Camp David? Different military bases in vicinity? How could we find documentation of that? GITMO and Carrier sound plausible. What about North Carolina? Aren’t there supposed to be Tribunals there?

It breaks my heart to see what is happening to BSA. It was such a fine organization for teen boys, teaching them all the right values.
Consider me old fashion but homosexuality is not and never will be a normal disposition regardless of how talented and articulate the afflicted person is. The condition has degraded so many assemblies of value, the BSA, the Church, schools.

What I’m worried about with the BSA is if they do go bankrupt what’s going to happen to the considerable land holdings they have. Developers will be itching to get a ahold of all that land and build yippyvilles.

I see what you are saying. My statement was connected more with those mothers who have aborted their babies over the last 20 years or so. In the 1970s, there was less technology that could monitor the developing baby, and there was no information super highway.
But, as you said earlier, we need to remember to pray for those mothers.

I suspect that Russia will disconnect to see if they have any leaks. The leaks could be considerable.
I am sure that Q and POTUS are on it. But I like to shake the presents before Christmas!
I know and then there are feminists now attending scout meetings pushing for gender neutrality.
There is an excellent online essay by a retired school teacher who is an Eagle Scout. He would not recommend the BSA today, so sad. And he was very sad too when writing how it shaped so many fine upstanding men and now will churn out confused persons.
Wish I could find it. He wrote a very compelling case of how the merger of girls into the BSA was doomed because of sexual nature. It will cause so many problems. After reading it I was convinced it will never work. The move to gender neutrality seems like an attack on young men bonding and forming leadership traits.
