In internet terms, I’d thought of it as someone directly harassing someone else, especially anonymously.... i.e., one would have to be commenting directly on a person’s web page, Fakebook page, Twitter feed, etc. to be considered a “troll” to them.
But now it seems that anyone who posts any negative remark anywhere, even on one’s own blog, can be disparaged as a “troll”....
It’s all “academic” to me since I don’t have a blog or Twatter, etc. But if I comment on an article here on FR to say that Macron is a jerk or Merkel is unattractive, does that now make me a terrible “internet troll”?? Weird usage.
This lying Slander Movement isn’t all that lightly taken anymore, not in this era of the colossally Neanderthalian educated, roaming the keyboard in herds with nothing in their life but stirring up jealousy and rage, maybe worse.
The Hate Crowd would must justify their hate. They try casting themselves as innocuous, a purely innocent Voice merely and simply “disagreeing”, as some “alternative opinion”, while they compose Fiction and fuel hate against their target.
This coven of acne faced fat gourds reveled in their anonymous dedication to hate, and got caught.
