Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam (D) declined a reporter's request to perform Michael Jackson's "moonwalk" dance during a press conference after he said he wore blackface in the 1980s while dressed as the performer.

"That same year [as the previous racist photo was taken], I did participate in a dance contest in San Antonio [Texas], in which I darkened my face as part of a Michael Jackson costume," Northam told reporters Saturday at a press conference.
"I look back now and I regret that I did not understand the harmful legacy of an action like that," Northam said. "It is because my memory of that episode is so vivid, that I truly do not believe I am in the picture in my yearbook."

Northam is in a high speed political free fall, and every comment he makes just increases the speed and potential severity of the free fall.
Did he decline to burn a cross too? Or did he need to have a discussion about that?

Ironically, Northam is credited with winning the Virginia governor’s race using racialist tactics......tarring his opponent, Gillespie, as a “white nationalist.”
Northam made effective use of Pelosi’s demonization tactic called the “wrap-up smear.”

The video has Pelosi saying: “We (Democrats) call it the ‘wrap-up smear.’ You smear somebody, with falsehoods and all the rest, and then you merchandise it to the media,” Pelosi revealed at a press conference last year.
Northam also sent out a mailer tying both President Donald Trump and Ed Gillespie to white nationalists in Charlottesville, Va. Later, a pro-Northam group ran an ad labeling Gillespie as a “genocidal white supremacist.”
Northam reported the ad as an “in-kind” donation to his campaign.
Not to be outdone, then-governor, Terry McAuliffe, accused Gillespie of having run the “most racist” campaign in Virginia history, and suggested Gillespie’s campaign was more racist than the secessionist movement supporting slavery, the segregationists, and the opposition to interracial marriage.
That’s how ridiculous it got.
SOUND FAMILIAR This patented Democrat “wrap-up smear” was used against Justice Kavanaugh.
Hillary was very good at the “wrap-up smear”——she’d “leak” what she said was damaging info on Trump to the media. Then when the smear was published-—she’d wave around the clipping as proof that she was the superior candidate.
Not to disturb his self-immolation, but his behavior was appropriate for pre Anita Hill America. I remember seeing a skit in residency featuring whites in blackface, and the black residents laughed as hard as anyone.
Anyway, sucks to be him. What’s good for SCOTUS candidates is good for race-baiters.
Bet she wishes she could take that back.
What I don’t understand is why he would darken his face to try and look like Michael Jackson. Jackson was always trying to look white.
Now we have to see the Michael Jackson pictures.

Seriously, If a guy is pretending to be the pedofile Michael Jackson and most of the general public did not know that the King Of Pop was a homosexual child molester then what exactly was wrong with putting on a horse hair wig and going black face to look like Michael? Did anyone ever dress up like Darth Vader and put on a bucket over the head? Or dress up like the Lone Ranger and wear a black mask. Or dress up like an Indian and sing and dance with the Village People. And the Indian was a hetero-guy? And with the stage plays by Billy Shakespeare there were guys who played the parts of women. And Julie Andrews in Peter Pan was a girl who played the part of Peter. So what exactly is wrong with a white guy trying to look black! Bill Clinton was our 1st Black President. Tom Waits sings like a black guy. Ward Churchill claims to be an Indian and is worshiped by the Democrats. The farce is Leftism.
Just thought of it - would it be racist to dress up as Northam dressed up as Michael Jackson?
Too bad. That would have made a much watched video.
