Whether or not either one of them signed any kind of contract, the child that resulted, the PERSON, did not agree to any of this. She deserves to know her heritage, her health history, etc.

See it from my perspective. There are thousands of “unwanted” embryos in frozen storage right now. I “adopted” one and she only has one birth mother, me. One father. No genetics necessary. She is perfect. She could have legally been destroyed but she got the blessing of being implanted and born.

It's not "donation," it's "vending." These are not eg/sperm donors. They are egg/sperm vendors.
