Cops have her collared well and good.
They're escorting her away with no problem.
Cop wearing a black helmet seems to be passing them by uneventfully.
Suddenly he violently swings with a collapsable baton, needlessly striking the girl in the back of her skull.
She collapses and needs to be dragged off.
Some people are speculating this could be a fatal blow, though I think she was "only" seriously injured.
In the screen capture you see her orange helmet falling forward as she begins to fall.
Arm of black-helmeted cop at left can be seen at the terminal point of his strike arc.
1-min vid shows the attack and various other French street violence today.
Earlier part of the video will clearly show she was non-violent protester, not causing problems.
This is why you don’t let the gov’t disarm you.

There are a couple of misstatements in the article.
There were no “They”. One cop had her by the arm. She had also grabbed the cop’s jacket. She was being dragged along (on her feet, but resisting).
The cop with the collapsable baton was passing her (walking rapidly in the opposite direction she is being pulled toward) from front to back, when he gives her a backhanded stroke with the baton (she has on a hardhat) and she collapses.
She appears to be knocked out.
Oh, just like our big city robo cops here...hassle the good guys and let the scum skate.
It looks like that abuser needs to have an accident.

That uncalled for blow to the head is bad enough, but they kept dragging her like a sack of potatoes, with NO effort made at all to see if she was ok, much less alive.
That video should light France on fire.

WHY? She wasn’t looting a store, she was just walking. The French government turned their police against their citizens.

As an aside from that, a lot of the cops appear to be dressed like common street thugs. Is that the standard for cops in France?
