If it’s Rosatom, then what would have happened in the lower court is that a US prosecutor is looking into Uranium 1. The subpoenaed party, Rosatam and Russia, was the one that requested redactions, and the court granted it. The lower court ordered compliance with the subpoenas, and there was an appeal. The US said it doesn’t care about the redactions.
It’s plausible, but I don’t think it’s the most likely scenario of what’s going on in that case.
Perhaps DECLAS ... which mysteriously died on the vine while blossoming. I have never tired of looking for that.
WOWZERS - that's more in line with the kind of thing I'm thinking it must be. Again, my curiosity now is, it must be something of considerable magnitude to have made it to the SCOTUS under seal, etc., and NOT been leaked - even in the slightest (not even canary traps). Not that it's Rosatom per se but it's something like that which is explosive and the kind of thing that's kept under wraps. I'm thinking there's something about these (possibly) pending docs that could fill in some blanks to help connect some dots ... WWG1WGA! :)

Remember that a whole floor of the Courthouse was cleared, and there was a hearing that no one could find anything out about? Issue had to do with legal team arguing about subpoena -can’t recall all the details. Happened a while back. This is thought to be that same company-IIRC, Chief Justice granted appeal hearing.
