Does the cocoa give the Chocochilli a ‘mole’* flavor? I’d like to try it, but no mole-like ingredients for me.

I can’t figure out how to get the tilde on the “e”...
My wife (Texican heritage, nee Flores) says it smells like mole’, but tastes like an enchilada sauce.
And, she says I needed more frijole’s. Other than that, it’s good to go. Now, I need to babysit it so that it ^wins^. Up here, gettin’ the right amount of “heat/bite” is difficult.

Tilde’s go over n’s that sound like ny’s. An accent mark is what would go over the e on mole.
