If you notice the first finger predominately in the forefront of this picture, a tiny baby's hand reaching up out of the womb just behind that finger.
The reality is though that he supposedly wanted to use it as an anti-abortion statement and was not going to acknowledge that the picture was a surgery to help with the baby in the womb who was diagnosed as having spina bifida. The photo has been dubbed as the "Hand of Hope". After the surgery was performed, baby Samuel Armas was put back into the womb. Quite an amazing surgery.
