I agree. He is showing everyone he is willing to compromise, give Dems something or things they want, all his proposals will sound totally reasonable to any sane person. Now when Dems explode and refuse to accept or even discuss, they will have further alienated anyone who is not a rabid maniacal hardcore.

Yes. I was saying it’s not a good look. Just thinking the Supreme Court is the biggest Get for either Party and a battle field that is never neglected by any president preparing full time for a vacancy. I’m not surprised to know that potential replacement interviews would routinely take place under any prez.
Ginsberg was a wild card and may have been ready to retire. Rumors were she was willing to go for Hillary, so perhaps earlier for Obama, as well. I don’t know.
