He was very disappointed about Barr’s answer during the hearing on whether a sitting President could be indicted. Barr said “I see no reason to change DOJ policy not to indict sitting President’s”.
I don’t know much about law but could this be a Supreme Court matter that would require RBG’s vote? Just a thought.
