Bizarro World when such a trio claims the right to investigate-It would be like Al Capone and his lieutenants telling Elliot Ness that he can’t speak out against their criminal activities.
And by the way. IIRC, It was ABSCAM scandal that exposed corruption -which caused the Congress Critters to “Beef up” their Investigative procedures—Main goal to make sure that CongressCritters would know in advance of any investigation and therefore avoid getting caught with their fingers in the cookie jar.
