make a cake in a coffee cup? Why yes, yes I do. You can also make chocolate upside-down cake in a coffee cup. The best ones are the cinnamon coffee cakes...all perfect for my microwave. Saves me from fighting with my Easy Bake Oven (oh the slings and wooden spoons of living in a little house!)
