See post 1121. Those who were deemed “non-essential” will not be automatically released at the end of 30 days. This furlough was due to a lapse in funding. If there is an administrative furlough that lasts more than 30 days then they can consider a Reduction In Workforce. They can’t just start laying people off.
The danger of AOC is any appeal among the young and Publicly Educated and gaging that appeal, over the years, growing.
