There’s an arrest recorded for him on my local PD’s website. The charge was “assault on a child under 12.”
Just watched it a couple of times and maybe he should have just plowed forward although he had a least a hand laid on his back in a pushing motion.
He stood his ground with a bunch of ‘feral cats’ surrounding and closing on him— since no way he can take all of them out, should have continued moving forward.
After he shoved the ‘lil darlin’ she bum rushed him and he decked her...ONE THING DID HAPPEN.....the cowards dispersed and yes, it did look like a set up and I do wonder how many cameras were rolling.
I carry a Ruger .380 that basically fits in the palm of my hand and I know it is no match against a crowd OTHER THAN, the cowards will probably ‘cut and run’ once you have drawn it—Firing it will probably get them moving faster....the idea(mine) is to ‘get the hell out of Dodge before they can regroup and realize they have the ‘upper hand’

Now here’s the interesting thing. Back in 1970 the US Supreme Court ruled that a defendant has the right to a jury trial only if the possible jail sentence is more than six months. Never mind that the Constitution guarantees a jury trial in ALL criminal cases.
So if the DA fears a jury, all he has to do is charge the defendant with a crime carrying a maximum penalty of six months imprisonment. You don’t get a jury even if you ask for one! And some PC judge gets to hear the case.
Yes nothing scares me more than a bunch of youths with nothing to lose I dont live in the best of hoods and will on occasion reroute my stops if i see a bunch of snot nose kids hanging around where i need to go

Hard to tell from that video. There appears to have been a lot going on before the video started that we don’t see.
You have a gang of young people surrounding and perhaps messing with a guy who was drunk or maybe off his meds. Were they provoking him or were they simply responding to something he did earlier? Hard to tell.
In any event he should not have punched the girl and should have left the scene. No matter what these kids did he overreacted and will pay. I didn’t see any reasonable people in that video but again it’s just an excerpt and we don’t have the whole story.
Her testosterone level would probably closer to his than to a White 12-year old.

You are totally wrong. Watch the video again. He is surrounded by a dozen or so screaming yutes. It was self defense.

And if she had had a razor blade concealed in her hand? Or even if she was a karate student who could break boards with her bare hands? I’ve seen both, in such environments, even 35 years ago. (In the karate class, I had to demonstrate, by doing it, that I could block their blows, or take the blow or the fall, and split the wood myself, before I gained even a modicum of respect). We were not there; we do not know.

It gets old that chicks say anything a man does is “creepy” now. This wasn’t a schoolyard or a wiggles concert. Looks like he was somewhere normal for him to be, when a swarm of feral hood rats decided to go after him.
