California will lose 2 district seats in 2020. I guarantee it will be two red seats which will result in only 5 house seats left in California. Amazing that the state went for Reagan.
I am surprised that Illinois hasnt taxed pensions of people leaving the state. Millions take their pensions and move to Florida.
There is a lawsuit being pursued by Ala’s AG to refuse the Census count on non-Americans. I expect this to be done by the Supreme Court by early 2020, and non-citizens will not be counted.
If this happens, I’d go two higher than you....suggesting that they lose four districts. The thing is...as they have to redraw these district...the lawsuits will make this into a massive mess, and it might drag on for at least two years.
All the NYS pensioners are moving to Florida with their state (taxpayer) funded defined benefit plans. New York is crumbling and all Andy Cuomo can do in his first 100 days of his third term is to support illegals, take away more gun rights and support abortions. He’s a total kook.

I can’t tell you how many of my conservative friends and neighbors preceded me in leaving California.
In fact, it became such a trend in my area, that it caused me to sit up and take notice. I voiced my concern about it to a buddy, and he said, “Windy, take a look around. Our California is gone.”
Within eighteen months, my wife and I joined the exodus to Texas. That was thirteen years ago.
