Here is a blue cheese aioli recipe I found yesterday when looking for a blue cheese mustard recipe.

Aoili
DESCRIPTION

The blue cheese should be broken up into very small pieces, but not pureed. We recommend that you mix this recipe by hand and not use a food processor.

INGREDIENTS
1 medium garlic clove, passed through a garlic press or very finely minced
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 cup mayonnaise6 ounces crumbled blue cheese

INSTRUCTIONSPut all ingredients in a small bowl and using a wire whisk, whip to combine

Thank you! Most of the time I just put blue cheese crumbles directly on my salad, and occasionally make a dressing with mayo and sour cream. I’ll have to try your recipe, sounds good!

Back now, went rug shopping. The house is slowly getting completed!

Stopped at Jimmy John’s for an Italian sandwich.

We had to be back for the speech, which I see has been pushed back an hour.
