Thank you! Most of the time I just put blue cheese crumbles directly on my salad, and occasionally make a dressing with mayo and sour cream. I’ll have to try your recipe, sounds good!

Hope you like it. I look for excuses to have salad when I have some of this made ;) lasts a long time in the frig too.

Oh, one thing I should have mentioned, low fat mayo and sour cream will make it get watery after a day. I tried olive oil mayo and low fat sour cream - had a watery mess after the first day. Still yummy though. The best I could do and still have a thick dressing is low fat sour cream and full fat mayonnaise. Or olive oil mayonnaise and full-fat sour cream.

There’s a local barbecue restaurant that serves crackers and blue cheese. They might serve something similar to this ala. There’s is not sour like my blue cheese dressing, so I think it’s more mayonnaise-based. I’ll have to try this and see. It’s amazing how good it is on just saltine crackers. Or anything else you can find :-)
