First I’ll post the original recipe I found on Allrecipes. And then how I changed it. I didn’t like the honey making this sweet. And the wurster sure made it an ugly Brown oh, you know what sauce I mean..

If I feel like getting a food processor or blender dirty, I will. Half of the blue cheese. Otherwise it ends up really chunky. Let me know what you think of it!

Bob’s Blue Cheese Dressing (69 reviews, 5 stars)

1 cup crumbled blue cheese   1 cup mayonnaise                 1 cup sour cream

2 tsps lemon juice                 1 tsp hot pepper sauce           2 tsps Worcestershire sauce

2 Ts chopped fresh parsley    1 T honey                            1 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp sea salt

In a large bowl, whisk together the blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, honey, pepper, and salt. Chill until serving.

*the sugar and Worcestershire make it too sweet and too weird

In a large bowl, whisk together the blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, honey, pepper, and salt. Chill until serving.

Here is a blue cheese aioli recipe I found yesterday when looking for a blue cheese mustard recipe.

Aoili
DESCRIPTION

The blue cheese should be broken up into very small pieces, but not pureed. We recommend that you mix this recipe by hand and not use a food processor.

INGREDIENTS
1 medium garlic clove, passed through a garlic press or very finely minced
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 cup mayonnaise6 ounces crumbled blue cheese

INSTRUCTIONSPut all ingredients in a small bowl and using a wire whisk, whip to combine
