But there is already a heated pool in a greenhouse.... is there room to put a hot tub in there next to it, or will we need to add on a smaller glassed unit to the pool greenhouse for it?

I would opt for one of the new (to me) Infrared Saunas! Lower temp, better sweat from deeper tissues, very comfortable, almost like lounging.
