************************************************************************** Regarding the EBT - Only true for January. Dept. of Agriculture hit by 95% reduction of personnel. They administer the food assistance programs to the states. When the current stash of funds runs out, there's no more Federal Funds.

For the various programs, some run out sooner than others. It's estimated that the EBT program will last through Jan. WIC may or may not last that long. School Lunches may last longer than the other 2.

Read several articles stating that EBT’s will run out by Feb. 1. So no IMMEDIATE impact.
