Gabriel and McKibben.
McKibben is one of the people who did major contributory work to the development of Face Book and has been doing court battles to try to get credit for his part.
I did a dig on FB stuff some time ago, when I learned about McKibben’s claims.
In this interview, they speak very unkindly of Justice Roberts:

It sounded like the lower courts sided with Mueller and required the “Foreign company” to testify before a grand jury. Justice Roberts stopped that and will decide tomorrow if they should. At this point it does not sound like it helps Mueller.
(Maybe he is irate about the lies told to his FISA Judge appointments and has decided to indirectly intervene in the SC investigation flotsom that has washed up on his desk?)
