Assuming you are chain sawing them, rake real well around the base of the stump at the stump/soil junction. It only takes one stone to eff up your mood. (I hate flush cutting a stump and admire those that seem to make it look easy.)

Nationwide CenturyLink outages from Thursday have rolled over to Friday with thousands of users still reporting the services are down and not working.
FCC chairmain Ajit Pai put out a statement at 10:47 a.m. EST Friday condemming CenturyLink’s response to the outages and called for a federal investigation.
“When an emergency strikes, it’s critical that AMericans are able to use 911 to reach those who can help. The CenturyLink service outage is therefore completely unacceptable, and its breadth and duration are particularly troubling. I’ve directed the Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau to immediately launch an investigation into the cause and impact of this outage,” Pai’s statement read. “This inquiry will include an examination of the effect that CenturyLink’s outage appears to have had on other providers’ 911 services. I have also spoken with CenturyLink to underscore the urgency of restoring service immediately.”

Dude, that doesn’t come close to the dynamic. He’s married to Trump’s favorite daughter and they both have strong agendas they try to persuade Trump to adopt and broad leeway in doing what they’re interested in within the admin.
