Our internet and phone service from Century Link, so far has been ok. No outages this week. We have occasionally had internet outages, but never more than one day.
Century Link has had random problems with their Land Line services in the past-not over an entire area, but individual lines have had ongoing problems.
My understanding is that there is some equipment that gets worn, and doesn’t function optimally, but they don’t replace it till it totally quits(got this from former employee). Hence individual lines sometimes don’t ring when people try to call-maddening for businesses.
